Owner/Operator, Amir Peay spent over a decade working to relaunch the iconic Pepper whiskey brand and rebuild the historic distillery. A long time industry veteran, he has been called “one of Kentucky’s finest global bourbon ambassadors” (Eric Gregory, President, Kentucky Distillers Association) and was the recipient of the 2021 Craft Member of the Year Award from the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States (awarded to a leader in advancing the craft distiller community).
